Background
Astha Malik has served as Chief Business Officer of Braze, Inc. (NASDAQ: BRZE), a cloud-based customer engagement platform used by businesses for cross-channel messaging, journey orchestration and Al-powered marketing, experimentation and optimization since 2022. Ms. Malik previously served as Chief Operating Officer of VTEX, Inc. (NYSE: VTEX), as Global Vice President of Zendesk, Inc., and has held a number of leadership positions across several leading technology companies including Citrix, SumoLogic and PagerDuty. Ms. Malik possesses over 25 years of experience in driving strategic go-to- market initiatives, with demonstrated success in accelerating revenue growth. She has extensive experience leading senior strategy, marketing and operations teams for award-winning SaaS, on-premises and hybrid enterprise software solutions.
